Member/Account Numbers
As we grow it is more and more important that you always use your correct member number (account number). And, with the growing number of scam artists it is very important that you provide us with the correct information when making transactions. Below are some tips to help you out:
-When authorizing an electronic transaction from your account, give your full account number as it appears on the bottom of your check. This number will have one or two extra numbers than the member number that is shown on your statement. You should use this full number even if the transaction is to come out of or go into a savings account.
-When making a transaction at the credit union use the member number listed on your statement including any zeros in the middle or at the end.
-If you are a long time credit union member, please remember that your credit union member number & your OLD HNI clock number are NOT connected. We will only be able to recognize your account by the number listed on your statement including any zeros in the middle or at the end.
